On the latest episode of The Nikki & Brie Show on SiriusXM, host Nikki Bella (Garcia) addressed listener questions regarding her lifestyle habits and physical appearance. Following a direct message from a fan inquiring about how she maintains her physique while appearing to lead a “party life,” Nikki provided a detailed response regarding her alcohol consumption, dietary changes, and stance on cosmetic procedures.

Clarification on Alcohol Consumption
Nikki began by referencing a specific message she received on social media. “I actually returned a DM the other day because I felt her D in her DMs of like I look at you and your sister and like, I think you guys drink a lot like me, and how do you do it looking the way you do?” Nikki stated.
She explained that social media content often leads to misconceptions about her actual routine. “I had to tell her, like, people think we drink a lot more than we do. We actually do not drink a lot,” Nikki said.

Regarding the frequency of her consumption, she clarified, “We’re all about moderation, like, two days a week”. She further detailed the quantity she typically consumes. “Also we never really do more than two glasses. It’s very rare. It has to be New Year’s Eve night or something, a party where we, yeah, go above,” she noted.
Nikki emphasized that the perception of daily drinking does not reflect her reality. “I don’t want you to think that because of what IG life looks like, that we’re just doing this party life every day. That is not what we do”
She also discussed the measures she takes when she does consume alcohol. “We are very pro on, like, if we feel like we are intoxicating our bodies, we know how to detox it,” she explained. “We go, we might drink a lot tonight, so let’s give our body all the yumminess. So can appreciate tonight… I just wanted her to know we’ve been pro about colonics. Like, we do all the things to keep everything healthy, but we don’t go overboard”.

Dietary Shift: Protein vs. Calories
Later in the episode, Nikki discussed a significant change in her nutritional strategy, specifically regarding protein intake. She recounted a conversation with her trainer, Kyle. “Kyle, you know what I finally did, increase my protein, cut my calories. I go, what I realized for so long, I was cutting calories, but I wasn’t giving myself enough protein,” she stated.
She contrasted her previous pre-performance meals with her current approach. “Think mainly you guys before every match, or even when I go on TV, I have a banana, one or two bananas, that’s it. And sometimes I’ll go out there and I’m like, I’m so inflamed,” Nikki said.

For a recent title match, she opted for a different meal composition. “You know what I had before that match? I had a meatball, I had a full chicken breast, and I had a little thing of rice. But I gave my body such great amount of protein,” she described.
She also noted the specific preparation of the food. “I squeezed so much lemon on it. And I then I was a little afraid of the meatball was gonna cause me inflammation, so I sipping hot water with lemon,” she said.
According to Nikki, this change yielded positive results. “And I not only felt really good, I got ripped,” she observed. She concluded, “It’s all your body needs. Your body needs protein, and veggies… but protein is so important”.
Brie Bella added her own focus regarding nutrition, specifically concerning processed ingredients. “I’ve been really looking at ingredients with seed oils. I just can’t get over how much seed oils are in our stuff,” Brie stated.

Comments on Appearance and Cosmetic Procedures
Nikki also addressed questions she receives regarding her facial appearance and whether she has undergone surgery. “Everyone keeps asking me, What have you like they want to ask me the outer things, like surgeries. This that. What is it, you guys? All I can tell you, it’s happiness, it’s growth, it’s self love,” she stated.
She denied hiding procedures from her audience. “You know I’m not hiding stuff in the closet…,” she remarked. She attributed changes in her appearance to her personal evolution over the past year. “Just please go look at my entrance from Rumble to my triple threat title match. It’s different. It’s a different woman,” she said.

Nikki linked this change to her mindset regarding public opinion. “You’re living your truth, and that’s all what matters, and the people who know you best know your truth. You keep being you, and you will rise up,” she advised.
2026 “In and Out” List
The discussion on nutrition coincided with the hosts’ “In and Out” list for 2026. Regarding dieting trends, Brie stated, “All or nothing diets. Out”. They also listed “Hustle culture” as “Out” for the new year.
Nikki also mentioned working on her internal monolog as part of her goals. “Positive self talk? Beyond in… I look in the mirror and I go, Hey, hot sh*t. Just kidding, I don’t, but I should… Instead I go, Wow, you look so tired,” she admitted
